See Robinhood Chain Flow First: The Sequencer Feed Is Now Live

Article title image

On Robinhood Chain, competition doesn't begin when you submit a transaction — it begins the moment you see the latest state. The earlier you receive a block, the sooner you can spot an opportunity and act on it.

Today, we're launching the Sequencer Feed through bloXroute's Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) -  low-latency access to Robinhood Chain blocks the moment the sequencer produces them, available to any trader, bot, wallet, or dApp building on the network.

The Current Problem

Robinhood Chain has no public mempool. The sequencer broadcasts each ordering decision on a single feed, and everything else -  RPCs, explorers, indexers -  only learns what happened after the transactions have been processed and results propagate. That feed is the earliest possible view of flow on the chain, so how fast and how consistently you receive it directly shapes how quickly you can react.

How bloXroute Changes This

bloXroute delivers the sequencer feed through a low-latency, globally optimized path, streamed from infrastructure positioned close to the sequencer to minimize latency and variance. The result is earlier, more consistent delivery of each block the moment it's produced — before the rest of the network has processed it.

Integration is a drop-in: our feed speaks the same protocol as the official Robinhood feed, so any client - including a Nitro node - reads ours with no code change, just a new URL. Full technical details are available in our docs.

The Numbers

In our benchmarks, the bloXroute Sequencer Feed arrived first on virtually every block compared to a direct connection to the official feed, which trailed by roughly 40ms on average. On a chain where order is decided by who sees state first, that's the difference between reacting first and reacting late.

Why This Matters

For traders and bots, earlier sight of flow is the edge. For latency-sensitive strategies like backrunning, arbitrage, and liquidations, receiving each block the moment it's produced -  rather than after results propagate - shortens the time from state update to action, and preserves more of your window to submit.
