What do I get with a free account?
All accounts include transaction submission access across supported chains, including Solana, BNB Chain, Base, Ethereum, Hyperliquid, Monad, TON, and X Layer.
Standard network fees and validator tips still apply. Some chains enforce rate limits or credit-based usage controls.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is modular and based on four components:
- Chain
- Service type (streams, gateways, add-ons)
- Concurrency (streams, connections, or instances)
- Term length
You select the services and capacity you need per chain.
Do Enterprise, Elite, and Ultra bundles still exist?
Yes. Enterprise, Elite, and Ultra bundles are still available and combine commonly used services at significant cost savings compared to purchasing individually.
You can choose a curated bundle or configure services a la carte.
Can I modify services after purchasing?
Yes. Services can be added or adjusted through the customer portal at any time.
If you are on a bundled package, note that modifying core services may impact pricing due to bundle discounts.
How do term discounts work?
Longer contract terms qualify for discounted pricing.
You can choose a shorter term for flexibility or extend your commitment to reduce your effective monthly cost. Services can still be added during an active term.
What happens to existing Enterprise, Elite, or Ultra customers?
Existing customers will retain their current services and pricing. Subscriptions are recreated as service bundles with no disruption to performance or access.
Additional services or changes follow the updated pricing model.
