bloXroute was founded by blockchain and networking experts at Cornell and Northwestern University
with one goal in mind – to solve the “scalability problem” for all blockchains.

What you’ll do:

  • Independently investigate and troubleshoot problems to resolution.
  • Perform corrective maintenance activities with users
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, such as software upgrades, as needed.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering on advanced issues.
  • Build the support team and define its responsibilities and procedures.
  • Identify issues and quality gaps in bloXroute’s service for multiple blockchains.
  • Write technical whitepapers and application notes.
  • Support the onboarding of new blockchains, miners and businesses.
  • Provide clarity on quality requirements received from the field management and Dev. Team.
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommended action plans to improve program QA.

Ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience as Tech Support Engineer
  • Experience as a Test Engineer or QA
  • Linux experience
  • AWS experience
  • Experience with blockchain and crypto technology
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to simplify technical data into crystal clear ideas.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial person with excellent teamwork skills and startup attitude.
